I managed the end-to-end technical upgrade programme — from initial requirements to commissioning and operational handover.
 

My role included:

• Aligning engineering, security, and regulatory teams under a unified delivery plan.
• Overseeing installation and testing of resilient radio and IP-based systems. 
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring interoperability between legacy and new infrastructure. 
• Implementing robust quality and compliance audits at each stage.  

• Delivered critical communication capability to emergency response teams.
• Improved broadcast network uptime and reliability by over 30%.
• Enabled transition to digital platforms ahead of national compliance deadlines.
