Challenge

Multiple delivery teams across telecoms, energy, and transport sectors lacked cohesion and leadership continuity, resulting in fragmented communication and variable performance.

What I Did

I established a structured leadership and mentoring framework to improve team performance, retention, and succession readiness.
 

This involved:

  • Coaching senior engineers and PMs to build communication and leadership capability. Redefining team structures and roles for accountability and clarity. 
  • Creating a mentorship pipeline to promote high-potential talent into leadership. 
  • Embedding collaborative feedback and performance reviews into delivery culture.  

Results & Impact

  • Team retention improved by 25% within 12 months.
  • Multiple junior PMs promoted into leadership roles.
  • Delivery performance and cross-functional alignment measurably improved.
